Crypto Agility Definitions for Space Systems

This document explores the concept of crypto agility with the aim to establish clear definitions and terminology for future discussions and implementations. For that, relevant threats are analyzed, existing literature is reviewed, clear definitions for the context of space systems are provided, and finally, a secure update initialization mechanism is introduced.
